NCRCD coordinates a volunteer monitoring program for water quality in the Bear River watershed. This program provides hands-on environmental education for teachers, students and volunteers. The RCD provides the water testing equipment and collects the data for analysis. The data is reviewed by a state approved Technical Advisory Committee (TAC), then released to the public (via this website).
